My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were decent but a bit small if you have a large group. The lighting could be better, especially at night. On the bright side, the hotel was fully booked, which tells you it's a popular spot. The service was top-notch overall, but I did encounter one super rude staff member. The location was great, very close to Camelback Mountain and plenty of dining options nearby. While the dinner service wasn't the best, the breakfast was hearty and delicious. The facilities were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was just perfect! The rooms were impeccable with jetted spa tubs and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The only downside was the lack of a stand-up shower, but overall, very comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located near Camelback Mountain, with easy access to the highway and factory outlets. The rooms had a few strands of hair in the bathroom and were on the smaller side, but the higher levels offered nice views. The service was professional but lacked experience in some areas.
